To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our data is error-free, complete, or current. The data is sourced from SEC EDGAR filings and may contain inaccuracies or delays.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively
• Impersonate others or provide false information

All content, features, and functionality of InsiderNode are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsiderNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
